Luxe Real Estate
I have worked on numerous projects in the luxury residential and commercial real estate sector over many years. As the one of the most expensive purchases one is likely to ever make, these projects were highly crafted exercises in branding and experiential design.

290 Mulberry is a residential condominium in New York City's NoLiTa district. Designed by the renowned Shop Architects, its highlight is a rippled brick facade treatment that reinterprets the ancient art form as modern design object. The playful and restrained qualities of the site were a departure from many of the typical "super luxe" offerings on the market at the time.

Designed by architects Roman & Williams, 211 Elizabeth echoes the classic, vernacular architecture of historic New York. The site integrates with the overall branding and evokes the physicality of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

While the vast majority of my work has been digital, over the years I have also worked on a number of end-to-end marketing initiatives involving digital, print, identity and advertising. 1 Vernon Jackson, a luxury condominium in Long Island City, New York was one such project. Here, the gridded-dot motif was a signature element of the architecture, and naturally suggested itself for the identity.

Likewise, Brookfield Properties, one of the largest commercial real estate trusts in the United States, was a long-term client. In additional to designing and evolving their corporate site, I was Creative Director for a number of their print and digital annual reports.
